The Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the RPF Constable recruitment is scheduled to be conducted from 2nd March 2025 to 20th March 2025 at various examination centers across the country. Candidates who have applied for the Constable posts can now download their Exam City Intimation Slip from the official regional websites of the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) starting 21st February 2025.

RPF Constable Exam City Intimation Slip 2025
The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) will activate the link for viewing the Exam City & Date and downloading the Travel Authority (for SC/ST candidates) 10 days before the scheduled exam date. This facility will be available on the official websites of all RRBs. For candidates whose exams are set for 2nd March 2025, the City Intimation Slip has been released on 21st February 2025.
RPF Constable Admit Card 2025: Important Instructions
Candidates applying for the Constable recruitment in the Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Railway Protection Special Force (RPSF) must carefully follow the instructions below regarding the Computer-Based Test (CBT) and Admit Card:
Admit Card Availability:
- The e-call letter (admit card) for the CBT will be available for download on the official Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) websites 4 days before the exam date.
- Candidates will also receive notifications via SMS and email regarding the release of the admit card.
Exam City Intimation:
- The Exam City and Date details will be communicated to candidates 10 days prior to the CBT. This information will be available on the RRB websites.
Admit Card Download:
- Candidates must download their admit card from the official RRB website. No physical call letters will be sent by post.
- Ensure all details on the admit card (e.g., name, roll number, exam center, etc.) are correct. In case of discrepancies, contact the RRB helpline immediately.
CBT Instructions:
Detailed guidelines and instructions for the CBT will be provided along with the e-call letter. Candidates must read and follow these instructions carefully. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

Pattern for CBT
- Duration: 90 minutes & Total Questions: 120
- Marking Scheme: Correct Answer: +1 mark, Wrong Answer: -1/3 mark (negative marking)
- Normalization: Marks will be normalized for CBTs conducted in multiple shifts.
- Minimum Passing Marks: UR/EWS/OBC-NCL: 35%, SC/ST: 30%

General Awareness (50 Marks): Current Events, Everyday Observations, Indian History, Art & Culture, Geography, Constituitons, Economic.
